leader who always people imagine is a hulking figure, surly or fierce,

always like that. a
leader that ideal? because obviously in this world nothing is perfect
because there is no quest for the perfect leader that how? so we are looking for an ideal figure who is able to lead, either in the organization or the other.
the figure of the ideal leader is usually not separated from the 5 following properties:
1.Orator
2.Motivator
3.Empati
4.Visioner
5.adamant
